Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

It will verify for each article and quantity. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long, then please contact shipping courier with your tracking code and then further any help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages

Jaken Enterprises Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Yes, we ship our products to over 200+ countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
